1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LevelPro application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

LevelPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes on your compatible devices.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the measurements will be completely accurate or that the app will be free from errors or interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LevelPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and trademarks in the app are the property of LevelPro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
